A special gift

With the blog merger, I will be linking back and forth between the two blogs until I complete the merge at the end of the month.  If you want to catch up on my previous projects having to do with the house, you'll need to pop over to the other blog for now.
To check out the way my Christmas decor looks, here the link for that: Christmas Decorating

I have to share part of my early Christmas present from my sister.  She just couldn't wait and so she mailed them off last week.

It's those GORGEOUS personalized burlap stockings! A whole set. ♥
I've hung them from my re-purposed and rejuvenated crib frame.  I decorate it for the seasons, and for Christmas we're hanging all our Christmas cards on it (we haven't received many just yet).

The branch at the top is our "family tree" that Isaac made in Sunday School

I just LOVE the rustic stamped names and other random wording
These aren't for function, they're for beauty

Aren't they awesome?!

Don't forget about the FOLK GIVEAWAY!  It ends on Friday.

  1. Hello I found my way here. We have rain in Homer and high winds just now. Hope all is well with you and the family.

  3. Wow, your sister was really good to you. Did she make the burlap stockings or buy them. I haven't seen them in the stores? They look great hanging from the old baby crib springs.I love Issac's
family tree on top. Thanks so much for sharing at Sunday's Best. Now following YOU!
