I have so little time online these days. My baby girl is keeping this house hopping, so free time is scarce.
Even still, I really enjoyed the time this last week that I got to spend reading magazines. I ran into many inspiring pages. My dining room has a few refreshing pieces on their way via USPS and my in-laws motor home (they're bringing things from IKEA!). I can't wait to get started on the refresh...nothing more fun in my opinion.

Here are a couple of spaces I found in the magazines that I love:
What's not to drool over when it comes to this room? The perfect blend of rustic wood and white
Oh, to have an enclosed porch like this. Pure amazing-ness. And those striped rugs!
I'm obsessed with ticking stripes...any color will do, but I prefer navy right now

I adore this hamper from Pottery Barn. It embodies everything I am loving right now.
Fun table/dresser. Great take on the current trend of using the Union Jack to decorate. I like the use of the early flag for a vintage vibe.
I'll be back in the next couple of days with my finished subway art. It's almost done and I'm so excited! Have a great week.
We had that beautiful sunny week here too Miranda you speak of in the below post. Our son and his wife were here and now my great niece is here with her husband and out fishing on Kachemak Bay with Bob this morning. I just found out yesterday I'm going to go to Fairbanks at long last. My daughter will arrive here in mid August off the ferry moving her son to school up there and I will drive along with her. We will be there a few days as the college as some stuff for us to do then she'll drive us back to ANC where her car will go in the shop just for the day. She has a special car that can only be worked on there, then we'll spend some time in Homer before she catches the ferry. I just found out yesterday as I thought her husband was going alone but no it will be me. Nan
